Rooftop play area for a school in the Bronx includes Synthetic turf, safety surfacing, realistic landscape screens and artificial rocks. Construction to begin fall, 2006.

New house on one acre site in the Tokeneke section of Darien. The project includes complete sitework including siting house, site walls, driveway, entry, terraces, fountain and gardens. The site has a tremendous amount of rock outcroppings and wetlands and the design embraces the constraints. Project completed through construction documents.

New Pool, poolhouse, pergola, deck retaining walls and planting for a two acre site with 40% wetlands. The project sensitively inserts a pool and poolhouse into a very constrained site, and provides wetlands restoration in an encroached upon wetland.
Webster Bank
Greenwich, CT
To obtain special historic overlay zoning, the landscape design recreates a “front yard” landscape along the street frontage for this 1920s house converted to a bank. The approved design includes exterior lighting with historic character yet current optics, horizontal coursed natural stone veneer walls and cedar fencing with trellis details. Other bank projects to date include branches in Woodbridge and New Britain, Connecticut.
