Harbour Landing Condominium
New Haven, Connecticut

This Long Island Sound waterfront condominium has several complexes enclosing planted elevated courtyards over parking. The project includes designing a master plan for elevated courtyards, redesigning all planted areas, redesigning a ramp from garage to courtyards to conform to ADA standards, and redesigning an outdated water feature. The planting design creates a rugged tapestry of salt tolerant plants of varying heights, which bring color and movement to the space, linking the courtyard to the surrounding environment.
