Landscape master planning for 3-acre property with 9,000 square foot restored Victorian home. The design divides the estate into two areas: a formal axial landscape geometry anchors the building to the rolling landscape, while naturalistic and habitat friendly areas with native grasses pick up on the shoreline of the Long Island Sound.
