Our site plan updates the existing golf and country club and links new facilities with an existing swimming pool and main building. Our design includes new children’s pool and play area, pedestrian and cart paths, parking improvements, new practice range, and siting new buildings containing locker rooms, bi-level food concession, and a multi-purpose space. We also recommend a generous buffer zone of native plant materials for an existing stream to protect downstream water quality.
